力竭vs效果vs受傷 - 健身

好像從接觸重訓以來,力竭的概念就好像自然而然的在那邊
而做到力竭的感覺確實很爽,也"覺得"這樣真的對進步會很有幫助
去年年底發生一件蠢事....
在聽到一位體重近百的朋友單槓的成績後
我也很好奇自己如果是相類似的體重,能不能拉個一兩下
於是乎就背著小兒子上槓
在另外兩位直系血親卑親屬的觀眾面前,輸人不輸陣....
最後還是殘念
第二天肋間就開始痛,醫生說是肋間肌肉拉傷,休養了一個多月......
年初傷癒之後重新開始運動
在重量上就比以前來得保守
好比說,8rep X 3的訓練
以前最後一組推的重量可能會是以8下為目標,但是最後6下7下就力竭需要幫補才能完成
現在做的重量大概就是那種"快力竭"的程度,不用幫補都一定能做完
兩個月下來,訓練重量也能維持微幅的進步,好像也沒比以前做到力竭差多少
不禁讓我去思考
是不是真的有冒著受傷的風險在每次訓練都去追求力竭的必要?
力竭對訓練效果的幫助有多少? 是不是真的有科學上的根據?
