健身最怕到後來工作壓力大了中斷
不過...如果一天之中可以把健身帶入日常習慣
應該不會廢的太快...
像我早上一起床通常會握拳伏地撐起來(腹肌比較發達的應該會翻身跳起來吧)
刷牙時就半蹲著刷
如果搭捷運或公車有時候會刻意放輕腳的施力單手吊著
停車時提摩托車後把手練斜方肌和二頭
不搭電梯爬樓梯上去
坐有把手的椅子時 要起身前撐一下雙槓起來
單手擺放重物時伸直練前三角
放東西到高架子時踮腳練小腿
看起來很自然的動作...加上私下偶爾做做伏地挺身...
不知道還有什麼可以置入的呢?
