從小到大我都是吃不胖的體質啊!!!
我媽還一直怕我長不大 XD
但是上了高中之後,很愛跟朋友一起去吃吃喝喝
一天總共吃七餐= =
還曾經試過晚餐吃了八碗飯!!(我胃超大的)
上了大學後還是覺得自己不肥.... 明明就65kg了
原po 身高173cm.女生
這樣的身高, 再加上一堆肥肉,整個就是壯啊> <
所以大三下學期開始我就努力減肥了!!!
減肥前: 2010/3/1 65kg , 體脂率28%, 173CM
飲食:
在fitness爬文以後, 發覺減肥真的不可以節食,而且要吃超過基代
所以我都三餐正常, 吃飽, 一定不吃宵夜!!!
而且不吃油炸, 甜食 (反正我一向就不愛吃甜的....)
早餐: 全麥起士蛋吐司(有菜,不加美乃滋)+無糖豆漿
午+晚餐: 2菜一肉+一碗飯+ 一碗青菜蛋花湯
午餐後會吃兩種水果
每個星期會吃一次吃到飽奬勵一下自己XD
運動:
一星期規定自己慢跑(或游泳)4天以上, 每次1小時
一開始慢跑真的好痛苦... 感覺都快要升天了
真的是一邊跑一邊想哭(因為要跑一小時不可以停下來)
但漸漸就愛上慢跑了^^
從一開始的 8km/hr, 進步到現在的12km/hr
從以前討厭運動,到現在不去運動就感覺不舒服...
有時候還會去健身房做重量訓練
務求要一星期最少有運動到4天
體重一開始真的降得很快! 第一個月減了3~4 KG左右
但後來就掉得較慢了
大約三個月後~ 就看得出來有明顯的變瘦了!!!
但後就真的2-3個月才瘦個1KG = =
到最近體重都沒降, 但體脂重量少了一公斤XD (爽)
減肥後: 2010/12/18 53.5KG 體脂率16.9% 173.5CM
對~ 你沒看錯!!! 運動後我長高了0.5CM XDDDD
體脂率終於變16.9%了(感動)
每次照鏡子都覺得超有成就感的!!!
穿衣服都變超好看!!!
但有朋友說我太瘦, 好像竹竿一樣= =
我骨架又小, 所以看起來頭很大 XD
但我真的不介意~ 因為有慢跑習慣後身體真的變好了!!!
冬天不怕冷! 皮膚變好!(不知多久沒長痘痘了...)
皮膚變白, 而且追公車變得超有力XD
最近要開始努力去做重訓跟瑜珈了~
但我還是要保持慢跑的習慣!!!!!
運動真的是好物啊~~!!! 有運動就不用擔心會變胖!!
我現在都一星期去吃兩次吃到飽啊XD
但體脂還是會一直慢慢降的!!
(我很貪心, 想降到16%體脂率)
運動這麼棒, 大家要一輩子都要堅持啊!!!
