感覺標題會起爭議
但目前不太確定該怎麼表達我的想法
主要是因為個人時間因素,在練背的菜單上找不到比較能全面且快速的訓練方式
個人目前就上過的課跟自身查詢想的菜單是
1、cable直臂下拉20公斤 熱身3組
2、面拉20-25公斤 4組主要針對上班長時間用電腦
3、槓鈴划船40-50公斤 4組
4、架上硬舉80-100公斤 4組
5、滑輪下拉35-40公斤 4組
6、山羊挺舉3組
這樣是否有就整個背部相對完整的訓練到?
有哪些動作需要替換掉嗎?
