小弟健身小白
上班訓練時間有限因素目前用胸肩,背腿下去分兩組
然後發現問題來了
胸跟肩蠻多用到的肌群相同
排在一起後面的項目蠻容易就力量不足
分開練剛操過的肌群隔天再操是否會影響肌肥大效率?
不知道怎樣效率會比較好
