大家好
我想請問一下關於腿日安排
因為腿日明明也沒少蹲卻都是屁股在酸
請大家看一下是因為動作安排本來就會這樣
還是是我動作模式的問題
我自己的審美其實沒有喜歡腿很粗
所以都是以自由重量為主
(穿打摺褲或寬褲會缺少垂墜感會不好看)
並且希望加強一下平衡的功能性
所以一定會放進原地左右交替的後撤弓箭步
目前安排是這樣
一週四練 胸 腿 肩 背
腿日動作如下
1. 深蹲
三組熱身以後四個正式組
第一組10rm
第二三組 6-8rm
第四組10rm
2. RDL
四組12rm
3.4
1-2兩個機械哪個沒人做哪個
通常是臗外展 腿伸 腿彎舉三選二
分別做三組12下
5. 後撤弓箭步
雙手拿啞鈴做三組
每組左右交替共20下
每次做完都是氣喘吁吁腿軟軟
可是一個多月來
常常隔天睡醒都是腿沒感覺屁股酸
也不知道正不正常QQ
