半年體脂降6%但是體重完全沒降小小心得 - 健身

第一次在Fitness發文
既期待又怕受傷害
身高:158
體重:54~56 區間跳動
目前體脂:約23.X%~24間
去年12月去康是美量體脂肪約29.X% 將近30%
整個就是高得嚇人 身體年齡 32歲XD
*---------------亂減肥之毫無成效心路歷程-----------------------*
去年一月底加入WG
也買了20堂的教練課 上完之後體脂肪沒降 體重沒降
去年一月體重:57KG
但是 至少有學到滿多相關的重訓知識
阿 至於教練素質....(皮球學生被丟來丟去)
然後去年一整年也有在去健身房 乖乖的重訓+20分鐘的有氧
體脂肪 完全都沒有降阿!!!!!!!!(該要慶幸體重沒增加)
這中間 有節食 有不吃澱粉 什麼方法都試過了
就是永無止盡輪迴的 變瘦了2公斤 在暴胖4公斤
P.S 即使 我曾經跟拿過大專盃70KG量級前三名的男生交往過
我還是完全沒減到體脂肪
一直到今年年初 下定決心 改變自己的運動方式
把重訓全部都停掉 先全部改有氧
跑步 登階 划步 腳踏車 交叉做
時間從只能做20分鐘有氧進步到1小時
再配合瑜珈做肌力訓練 (ashtanga) 每次練約30分鐘到1小時
這樣維持了四到五個月的時間
很慶幸接觸了瑜珈這個運動
因為我非常非常喜歡練瑜珈阿阿啊!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
當從不能低劈腿 練到可以劈腿的時候成就感超大
至於飲食的話
根本 毫無節制
因為我實在是太貪吃了 貪吃到一個不行
可以下午吃一支抹茶冰淇淋 晚上又一杯哈根達斯
甜食實在讓人心情愉快阿!!
我現在保持一個禮拜去三天健身房
有氧從40mins~1小時 + 瑜珈30mins~1hr
雖然對板上好多板規 我都不太符合 沒有達到要求跟標準
不過
能夠找到自己快樂的運動方式真的很棒
雖然當初運動 是為了變瘦變美 想要體重45kg 有穠纖合度的美腿
(現在當然也是會想阿 殘念~)
現在運動是保持身心靈合一的快感
而且體脂肪降低 讓我的二頭肌還有腹肌變結實了
我的運動方式也許不是最標準的運動方式
但對我而言卻是帶來最大滿足的快樂
也希望板上的大家 都可以找到最適合自己的運動方式
