卡住了QQ - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:7-11三明治+純濃燕麥一瓶
午餐:魚便當一個(三菜一條魚),飯不會吃完剩1/3
晚餐:老媽煮約三菜一湯,白飯一碗 其他就是多吃菜這樣
日常作息時間:(早上7點起床 晚上約12~1點睡覺)
生活型態:(工地監工)
運動習慣:打籃球一星期約兩次(每次2~3小時),
快走(一小時)或跳繩(700下)一個禮拜三次,
睡前電腦人一輪
我的問題:
一個半月前開始減肥,從原本98到現在92.4,感覺是有比較瘦一點
但是感覺還是很胖,前幾天去康是美買了台體脂計,量了一下體脂24.6
比我自己想像的低些啦哈...
我想請問一下
我的方法哪邊有問題呢?不然為什麼體重卡住了 體脂也沒有動靜QQ
我的基代1889 如果要吃超過我好像還可以多吃點東西
但是心裡又怪怪的好像不應該吃 =="
我知道減肥急不來
但是遇到瓶頸的感覺又好差QQ"
