我早餐吃桂格的大燕麥片已經超過半年以上了吧..
一開始笨笨的用熱水泡開就吃...真不是普通難吃...
而且因為怕吃太多..所以量方面就只一湯匙(不銹鋼湯匙)
後來實在是太難吃了..所以我開始加上我最愛的冰鮮奶...
這樣吃起來脆脆硬硬的..口感上我還挺愛的!!
一般都吃上三湯匙..量方面算是滿多的...可是到中午十一點左右就餓了...
上星期..我媽買了安怡的奶粉..但是她有乳糖不耐症..每吃每拉..
所以那瓶奶粉只好由我幫她解決掉了~~
我還是用三湯匙的大燕麥片..加上一份奶粉泡上熱水後靜置十分鐘...
十分鐘後...大燕麥片幾乎膨脹成燕麥了........
吃完肚子好帳~~~到中午十二點還在脹.....
媽啊~~原來大燕麥片完全膨脹後那麼撐啊!!!!
結論...我還是繼續吃泡冰鮮奶的好了...
