感謝大家解決我一些疑惑
我是原PO
我那邊的操場應該是200沒錯
今天早起跑 跑慢一點可以到6圈才掛 我覺得已經很慢了..大概跑完是10分左右吧
跑跑+走走在10分 速度慢一點果然比較輕鬆 可以比較久 可是這樣真的有有氧嗎?
順便在問幾個問題
我好像跑到最後 左腳拇趾都會麻 一麻我就不跑了 大概都是在最後的時候
這是鞋子的問題嗎? 還是哪裡有問題
還有早餐的問題
我都是空腹去跑
跑完回家洗澡
看個電視已經7.8點了 還建議吃早餐嗎?
(我是都沒吃居多)
(早餐搭配可以有漢堡之類的嗎?
但是新聞好像不吃更會胖
還有喝水問題
我通常跑前會先喝300CC左右
然後就去跑了 跑完才回家喝 因為走路只要3分鐘就到家
會建議帶水去 跑到一半喝水嗎?
