其實仰臥起坐縮小腹也不完全是沒有道理
但是絕對不是因為仰臥起坐讓腹部脂肪變少
而是鍛鍊腹肌這個動作可以矯正腰椎前凸的姿勢不良
而仰臥起坐也是鍛鍊腹肌的動作之一
所以實際上是可以改善因為腰椎前凸而造成的小腹凸出

這種站姿是標準的腰椎前凸的站姿
而我實際上發現很多很瘦但是一直自稱自己小腹很大的女生
大多都有這種姿勢不良的問題
這種問題是因為背肌力量大於腹肌力量
以及背肌過度緊縮無法放鬆而造成的
如果脊椎是船桅,而下背肌跟腹肌就是分別拉住船桅的兩條繩索
當其中一邊力量不足,或另一邊過度緊縮時
就會造成腰椎跟骨盆的扭轉,而讓小腹凸出
通常遇到這種情形
只要天天做背部伸展的運動以及加強腹肌的強度
就可以慢慢的,且有效的改善這種因為姿勢不良而小腹凸出的問題
而實際上很多女生都有這種問題
所以也很容易流傳出做仰臥起坐可以讓小腹變小的說法
如果妳是因為姿勢不良而造成的小腹凸出
做仰臥起坐當然可以有效改善
但是如果妳不單純是因為腰椎前凸,而是還有過多的脂肪
那就一定要有足夠的有氧運動才能改善這種問題。
不過單純就小腹凸出而論,仰臥起坐有沒有效?
其實就我的經驗看來,很多已經夠瘦的女生看起來小腹還是很大
通常都是這種原因,所以仰臥起坐對他們是有效的
但是有效絕對不是因為仰臥起坐有用到腹肌,所以燃燒腹部脂肪這種怪理論
