爬過文,所以瞭解有氧對減脂的重要性。
buy了一台x-bike,每天很努力的騎40分鐘(阻力2,轉速33-38),
大概這樣的狀態騎了一個月。
可是以這樣的條件下騎x-bike,我的心跳一直拉不上去,約80-88下/分鐘,
期間嘗試過維持阻力但提高轉速,以及拉長時間的方法,
可是膝蓋會非常痛......冏rz
原po年紀雖然只有20初頭,可是膝關節非常殘忍的退化了。
想要減脂->提高轉速以提升心跳達到有氧->膝蓋痛個半死
若想讓咖掏呼(膝蓋)不抗議,心跳就上不去啦!!!
是不是這樣就沒辦法讓體脂肪降下來了呢???
求救呀!!!(跪求)
