又到了乳清補貨的時間

這次有考慮不要喝太多摻香料 代糖的東西

先前喝過MYP原味乳清

像是淡淡的奶水

但嘗起來又帶有腥味(?)

希望可以加點東西蓋過味道

但又不會太花錢

目前想到的是加煉乳 巧克力醬之類的

想問問大家都加什麼?
