原地跳這樣算是有氧?? - 健身

家裡跑步機壞了
所以想說要利用跳繩來做有氧
但是我跳繩的功力太差了10下左右就會打到 = =
所以改成不拿跳繩的原地跳
因為體力沒有很好大概3.4分鐘就很喘了
所以會休息(擦個汗,或是走一走舒緩一下)30秒到一分鐘
這樣交替加起來大概45分鐘左右
這樣算是有氧運動嘛?
中間會休息太久了?
