反覆發炎的膝蓋該怎麼辦? - 健身

膝蓋不知道為什麼會反覆的出現酸痛的狀況
大約快要一年了,實在很困擾,想請問大家有什麼建議
我是女生,體重正常偏瘦,運動以腳踏車 慢跑為主
一個禮拜三到五天不等,慢跑是跑PU跑道,約4km
不過都已經暫停很久了
大約去年四月左右膝蓋開始不舒服,會酸軟無力,嚴重一點會痛
但大部份是非常酸,酸的會想大叫的感覺
按壓膝蓋骨周圍會痛,還有小腿內側後方連接的地方也會痛
中間看過四個西醫,一個中醫
西醫都是用觸診,都說是發炎,有些說是筋膜炎,有些說是肌腱炎
中醫則是有補充因為體質寒冷,所以筋容易縮起來導致發炎
都是開消炎藥,或打消炎針,外加軟膏
必且說多休息,好了可以漸進運動,以腳踏車為主
多伸展,搭配大腿肌力的復健運動
我都照做了,但還是不停的,反覆的,非常容易的又感到酸痛
到後來我都不敢運動,但只要久站,膝蓋吹到冷風(騎摩托車時)
就會立刻感到不舒服
我想請問這到底是甚麼原因呢?
醫生每位都說的很含糊,就說是發炎
但是我都停止運動了,為什麼連久站都會復發?
或是要下雨的前一天也會突然酸起來(很明顯)
真的好困擾啊
目前我覺得最舒緩的方式是熱敷
我只要坐在書桌前就會用電毯包著膝蓋,很有幫助
但是卻不持久,有時候幾天過去覺得好多了,但只要一恢復運動
或者「站久一點」「打掃久一點」這樣日常的生活都會復發...
有點絕望,想請問大家的經驗談
1.發炎不吃消炎藥,靠熱敷會好嗎?
好幾次吃消炎藥都吃到胃痛,後來因為發炎太久了,
一位醫生就幫我打消炎針,立刻見效,但休息三個禮拜後再運動又復發
想請問,現在若是輕微感到酸痛,長時間熱敷可以好嗎?
還是一定要吃消炎藥?
2.還可以運動嗎?
現在是不奢望慢跑,但腳踏車是醫生推薦的復健運動,
我癒後開始騎,但騎個五到七天還是會發作
究竟要到甚麼程度才可以恢復運動?
(癒後是指自己覺得不在酸痛了)
3.反覆發炎的狀況會好嗎
嗚,到底怎樣才不會反覆發作?
我目前就是做伸展 熱敷 騎車會戴護膝保暖
重訓加減做(但力量很小,所以成效很慢)
但大半年來就是在反覆發作中度過...
4.為什麼日常生活也會復發?
這點真的很困擾我,想請問有人有類似的經驗嗎?
怎樣才能揮別這個問題?
最後還是想問一下有推薦的醫生嗎?
(台北的西醫,中醫因為不能固定去所以目前先不考慮)
我之前看過復健科,骨科,老實說經驗都不是很好
因為醫生都覺得就是發炎,就開消炎藥給我,
我問一些問題醫生都滿敷衍的
上述問題我都問過醫生,好像有問跟沒問差不多XD
倒是吃消炎藥吃到很害怕>"<
