午餐:白飯一碗半+2~3樣青菜+1~2樣肉類
(青菜約莫一碗的分量)(肉類兩個巴掌大)
晚餐:同早餐內容
點心:下午或晚上會喝小七買的無糖豆漿 (1天1瓶偶爾兩瓶)
有時候會吃個芭樂或橘子等
沒喝飲料,偶爾喝無糖綠茶,這一個月只吃過一次還兩次熱炒...
日常作息時間:十二點睡,早上六點半起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
之前是跑步,因為天氣冷,改成在家跳 billy blanks advanced 58分鐘版
一個禮拜約莫運動四天,三天billy,一天單車(主要就這兩種運動交替)
單車一次一個半小時到兩個小時
搭配一個禮拜一到兩次的重訓
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
又過了一個多月,這次在康是美量完,體重略輕
體脂肪變高...我的問題出在哪兒呢?一整個就不知道該怎麼辦了@@
改回跑步嗎?一次一個半小時嗎@@
