取代深蹲與硬舉的姿勢 - 健身

因為諸多原因,例如腿後側太緊、核心無力,或者不懂得如何使用髖關節鉸鍊
總之這些問題導致了下背痛及膝蓋上側緊繃甚至有時候會痛,
我猜這類問題如果要矯正,得需要專業的教練一對一矯正
不過最近剛搬家又換健身房,花了20萬了,實在沒預算請教練。
但是我仍想要持續訓練,所以想把姿勢換成比較安全的姿勢,
深蹲及硬舉等有錢請教練時再做。
深蹲換成機械腿推舉,比較安全。
可是我實在不知道硬舉能用什麼替代
各位有什麼推薦的嗎
