第一次在貴版發言 如有違版規自刪 手機排版傷眼抱歉
前陣子打籃球跌倒 右腳韌帶受傷 右手骨頭錯位
醫生說暫時不能做推的動作
平常的運動習慣就是一週兩次健身房
先跑20分鐘後把所有器材做一輪
視當天身體狀況臥推或深蹲
但受傷後不能動太多手
而且看完醫生之後才發現自己有平底足 加上韌帶受傷不能跑步
這兩週有感自己體型加寬
有沒有在家裡就可以做的簡單運動
燃燒脂肪或輕微鍛鍊都可以
