受傷後的運動 - 健身

之前手肘和腳舊傷一直都沒好
結果昨天打了一針類固醇進肘關節囊
還有dry nedding在小腿側
目前應該只能先減少運動量
想請問版上大大
有沒有什麼合適的活動能做
(能不用到右手右腳)
平常不是慢跑、騎單車就是打籃球
突然沒動身體就感覺怪怪的
