推板娘的用心翻譯,
如果要用最短的話把原文的精華說出來,就是
(1)不要亂用背部舉重。
(2)不要亂做會讓背部移動幅度太大的動作,要保持下背部健康,
要做類似瑜伽或皮拉提斯那種運動幅度不大,肌肉撐在那邊用力的動作。
看完以後我也知道為什麼我阿媽常常抱怨背痛。她很瘦但喜歡上菜市場買菜
提一堆東西,還沾沾自喜XD 我之前還建議他練站姿體前彎可能是害她,應該
練plank就好。
