已經不知道第幾次減肥了(囧...)
半年前每天跑步從86~87減到76,減了約10公斤,
現在因為寒假吧(我猜= =)
胖到80了!!!!
這次希望能減到70~72!!
所以想來徵個伴一起跑步(或有更好的建議也可以)。
平常跑步的時間是晚上10點,
有時候沒事是8.9點,
跑步的地點都在師大本部(操場狀況好差= =)
所以想徵住古亭或公館的學生一起瘦身!(我也是學生XD)
地點可以站內信討論!
希望能徵到人XD
還有,我是男的!
