意外的消水腫 - 美體

我是每日飽受水腫之苦的人
冬天很冷比較少運動
最近實驗又比較忙
情況尤其嚴重阿~~
(之前做瑜珈的時候明顯有改善)
按摩抬腿跟美腿襪都試過了
隔天起床沒多久還是照樣感受到下半身的腫脹
這兩天很冷
但我一整天下來竟然沒有水腫
才在想為什麼
突然想到我這兩天因為香蕉買太多XD(還好我很愛吃)
早上一起床就先吃一根墊個胃
因為怕它會太熟(我喜歡吃偏硬偏酸的)
傍晚就又吃一根~
想了一下應該是因為它的鉀離子很豐富
能夠幫助排水
就上網google了一下
果不其然~~
難怪香蕉減肥法對水腫型的人
效果最明顯
我應該無法每天早餐都只吃香蕉配溫開水來減重啦
能消水腫我已經非常滿足了~~
會盡量在早餐前吃一根
讓一整天比較舒服
有興趣的人可以google一下喔~
雖然才兩天
但我平常是天天都水腫的人
所以覺得很有用喔~~
