(高中時期約莫62近期平常約莫80)
他說某次減肥時
他只固定每天做伏地挺身2分鐘,持續了45日
(次數30幾遞增到70幾)
其他飲食沒有控制 平常也沒其他運動
這45日他體重下降3公斤
並且接下來沒做的45日 還繼續下降5公斤
這是甚麼魔法?
