只做重訓不做有氧?? - 健身

原PO因為前一陣子骨折
最近雖然情況比較好 但還是被醫生禁止做跑步.游泳等運動
只是已經一個月沒運動忍不住了XDD
想問板上前輩 如果只做重訓對減重有用嗎??
因為小弟雖然體脂在標準內18.X% 卻有明顯的肚子+壯碩的大腿XD 很明顯就是厚片人
不知道是不是重訓才能改善這些問題....(所謂得塑身??)
或是有適合我的有氧運動呢??
PS.我斷的是腳掌的骨頭XDD 現在大力踩會不舒服 很明顯是不能慢跑....
