但是不知道型號是什麼了
想要請問
因為我覺得X-BIKE的心跳跟卡洛里計算很鬼扯
所以~以我目前用阻力3或4
騎約43MIN
距離約20KM
降算是騎的快還是慢?
有到達有氧的程度嗎?
