重訓後痠痛 - 健身

我是女生,最近開始重訓,主要是練上手臂、腿、腰和臀部,
前後差不多六種機器,花二十到三十分鐘,接下來再做三十分鐘有氧,
因為才剛開始,所以重訓之後肌肉酸痛滿強烈的(雖然有拉筋了),
想請問如果酸痛的話,還可以練同一個部位的肌群嗎?
基本上我是二四會去,休息一天不知道夠不夠? 需要換不同肌群練嗎?
