重訓比例 - 健身

身為一個男生
還是會在意下盤很大這件事= =
半年來一直有在運動 之前腳韌帶斷停了快2個月
最近恢復慢跑 大約是5000m/35分鐘
最近因為天氣很冷 去健身房跑
有重訓器材就順便做了一下
但我都做腿的 胸和背常常客滿
以下才是我想問的問題
--------------------------------------------
大概2個月前量的 我身高167 體重67 體脂:21
我臥推大概只能做25~30公斤 8下 兩組
腳做仰臥腿蹲舉(leg press) 130磅 10下 3組
背和2頭都沒記 但也都漫輕的
我知道有氧能夠瘦全身 那如果我想要比例看起來比較ok
是不是練胸 背 3頭之類就好?
還有大部分人練的比例是怎樣? 比方說胸舉多少時 腿舉多少
