只吃早餐和晚餐 - 美體

今天為了晚上要聚餐,
只有吃早餐(火腿吐司),
中餐沒有吃東西,
只有喝水(大約3000~4000CC)
一直餓到晚上才吃,
會這樣是因為平常有運動健身的習慣,
但是今天員工聚餐所以沒辦法運動,
就想說只吃兩餐,
不知道這樣會不會對身材有影響?
