如果在營養均衡且熱量足夠的前提下
只吃晚餐可以嗎?而且是在運動後吃
今年板上好像還沒有討論過這個問題
所以想上來問看看各位的想法
運動方面就是重訓加有氧
不過水肥哥說重訓的訓練量不建議衝太高
所以我都只做徒手的肌耐力訓練而已
有氧就隨緣了 其實不是很喜歡有氧
因為我基代沒有很高
所以覺得這樣吃滿適合我的
不然三餐都要想吃什麼真的很頭痛
