只吃流質食物,會造成什麼不良影響嗎? - 健身

雞胸肉長久吃下來實在是吃到怕了,已經怕到去外面吃飯絕對不肯點雞肉料理的程度。
尤其是最近肥宅我開始進入減脂菜單週期,實在是令人對吃飯這件事提不起興趣,
兩週前突發奇想,把每一餐的食物都用果汁機打爛,填鴨式咕嚕咕嚕的一口乾掉,
發現進食量能提高,而且吃飯這件事情變超省時啊!還順便提升了工作效率XD
但還是有點擔心長期吃流質食物,會不會對身體有什麼不良的影響?
Google和爬文都沒有什麼相關的討論,因為有吃口香糖的習慣,倒是不怕臉部肌肉退化
目前想到的負面影響只有食物在腸道的停留時間會縮短,因此提高了進食頻率。
另外在睡前那一餐還是會用手動進食(?)的方式,來增加食物消化時間。
不知道板上有沒有了解相關知識的巨巨,能提醒小魯,可能會有什麼不良影響嗎?
