各位巨巨們好
目前是新手 也沒什麼錢
覺得吃雞胸也是一筆不小開銷
所以想把一天一塊雞胸和一杯乳清
改成一天兩杯乳清
這樣總蛋白攝取應該是差不多
只是看很多人說蛋白不能只靠乳清
覺得有點不安
所以上來請教巨巨們
我這樣改 長期會有什麼影響嗎?

ps. 三餐正常吃 每日蛋白抓100克
