只有心跳到達有氧區間? - 健身

最近每天都在跑步
快走20分 慢跑50分
總共70分
可是已經3個月過去了
沒什麼效果
我即使快走 心跳都超過130
但 慢跑始終無法成為我生活中的一部分
我想請問
不管我做什麼運動
只要我的心跳有到達跟慢跑時一樣
那效果跟消耗的熱量及脂肪
也會跟在跑步機上的一樣嗎?
