我也不知道自己有這習慣多久了 感覺自然而然就變這樣
就是在做大重量像是臥推,肩推,深蹲時 (對本魯而言的大重量)
喜歡在音樂的副歌開始做 如果休息完離副歌還很久會直接拉到快副歌
就是各種High歌或搖滾類音樂 (非抒情類)
感覺會比較有力 雖然也知道這是一種心理作用
有人跟我有一樣的習慣嗎 或者是在座的各位巨巨有什麼健身的特殊習慣嗎?
