各位帥哥美女好
小妹只爬了兩天的文就打算來用問的了.....
請鞭小力一點
小妹身高162 體重44.2 體脂 22%
肌肉重32KG 肌肉含量 -3
(我同事說-3很誇張...
用TANITA 測的
我一個月只有2-3次運動 (朋友揪的
上次健檢的時候醫生也有說我肌肉太少 要多練練
家中哥哥買了TOKUYO 提臀健腹器 TU-155A
爬文後當然是評價不佳XD
還有一個5磅的小啞鈴
先附上 目前的體態

主要希望腹肌線條明顯一點 肋骨可以不明顯一些
剩下的小腹能消除
手臂也希望有線條
人整體看起來不要那麼乾扁 個人另外覺得骨盆左右很凸出 覺得不喜歡
目前用我哥那台 最低階段的早晚30下 隔天就痛得哇哇叫
看到大家說 要做一天休一天 但是用這種家用器材是否也需要?
小啞鈴的部分 左右各20下(做到快20下才會覺得痛苦) 做四組
但手臂做完 酸一下 一下就好了 是不是重量太輕了?
暫時沒有打算去健身房 想靠自己練 練得有興趣才考慮衝健身房
私人教練也在考慮中 不過要再想想XD
認為目前可以買書參考增加知識 或簡易器材(合適的啞鈴重量或墊子)
當然接下來會開始一周三天有氧運動@@
