體脂器很必須嗎? - 健身

我是昨天才決定開始學習做些重量訓練的新手
目前家裡就剛買一對啞鈴這樣
174cm 63kg
身體體型算中等偏瘦
因為肥肉大部分都在肚子
身型單薄手腕也很細
暫定目標是想先練三角肌為主
爬文發現飲食也很重要
看到大家討論到該吃多少的時候
都會以體重、身高、體脂狀態來計算
但是我家裡只有體重計
所以不知道體脂要怎麼測量
我該買一個體脂計來看
還是說其實不屬於胖的體型其實不用太仔細計算攝取量
就照平常多補充蛋白質的食物即可
還是說不計算攝取量而一直吃蛋白質食物的話
會有健康上的危險呢?
