只練機械式的效果? - 健身

如題
由於腳踝莫名奇妙增生了一塊骨頭在腓骨末端
因為常常壓迫導致發炎。目前還在評估是否要手術取出
總之會有大半年以上 沒辦法做多關節自由重量腿部訓練
背蹲舉 硬舉 還有平常在練的舉重專項都沒辦法做了
簡單說 站立有負重讓腳踝受壓力的動作都不能做
所以目前問過醫生
大概只有坐式 的腿屈伸 跟趴著的leg curl 還有夾腿機之類的可以做...
由於我受傷之前都是一根槓鈴玩到底的 對機械式比較少碰 (輔助動作用啞鈴)
所以想上來問一下專攻健美的版友
有沒有純練機械式練下半身也可以練的很好的經驗與可以分享一下練法 或是菜單。
