現在普世觀念都是重訓比較重要
有氧比例愈低愈好 甚至可以割捨
但小弟本身是易胖體質
不像很多人怎麼吃都不太會胖那種
(之前看調查 台灣有一半人的基因是吃不胖的)
假如沒有氧一直重訓 感覺只是愈來愈大隻
而且線條也出不來
對容易囤積體脂的人
有氧是不是更重要啊?
