會開始運動不外乎就是為了減肥
還記得大二的大年初二 站上體重機的那剎那
我開始慌了
就在家家戶戶還沈浸在新年的氣氛時
我開始了我的路跑生活
這是我的全盛時期 158cm/56kg/28%?

其實差不多花了一年多我就達到了我目標的體重
曾經在版上有發心得文 不過似乎年代久遠已找不到了XD
然後我就開始怠惰了
還好遇到我生命中的貴人Ben!!
跟著他去龍洞攀岩 騎腳踏車去天祥/墾丁
他帶給我很多很棒的人生觀 影響我很大 (應該說是影響很多人)

我的運動人生到今年為止六年了
目前 158cm/50kg/22%
運動已經變成我生活的一部分
沒運動我就沒什麼食慾 (有運動就開始大吃大喝? XD)
每星期約兩次的5K慢跑 跑步膩了去游個泳
三不五時週末再揪我姐來場路跑

去年挑戰了泳渡日月潭
上個月剛挑戰了登雪山
還算滿意目前的體態
應該要開始加入重訓 朝向小辣椒的腹肌邁進
不要怕曬黑
不要怕長肌肉
