我是原po
過了一年又一年
再來分享今年的成果囉~
先炫耀一下
在威尼斯海灘肘倒立的比基尼照(撥頭髮)
p.s. 可以忽略那肥美的金華火腿

去年因為要忙結婚非常有藉口不運動 (怎麼跟其他新娘反過來哈)
等年底婚事都忙完了人也肥了一圈 才覺得不能再這樣下去
加上4月要跑半馬 5月要去義大利蜜月
就跟我姊約好要減脂減重
==運動==
瑜珈:一週一次一小時,每天回到家也會亂凹。
桌球:一週一次兩小時。
健身房:一週一次半小時跑步、半小時重訓。
跑步:之前一週兩次看心情5~10k,後來前腳掌會痛就比較不敢跑。
Tabata:想到就會在家做個兩組。
看電視就plank一下下班騎個ubike,沒事就動動。

==飲食==
早餐:一定要香蕉+手工饅頭或是小七39組合。
午餐:自己帶便當,或是跟同事吃外食。
晚餐:自煮或是簡單外食。
我不太算熱量,吃也不太忌口,
容易低血壓不敢餓肚子,
去運動之前ㄧ兩小時都會先吃五分飽,
飲食可以的話也要求均衡,每天都要吃到蛋菜肉水果,
對身體健康的東西很著迷,堅果奇異果木耳等XD

==成果==
158cm / 51kg / 23%
努力這麼辛苦體重體脂完全沒變
但是線條都出來了

大小腿一直都處於沒救的狀態
只能盡量保持結實

最後 我覺得我還是適合曬黑
