唉~減肥了6.7個禮拜體重都只有在少少的1公斤徘徊
只有一次量是少1.5公斤..之後又回升(哭~
實在是很挫折阿QQ 以前沒這麼困難的...
不知道是否跟甲亢也有關係(?)
有點想放棄了...
可是看板上很多人說起碼也要3個月後才會有明顯效果~
就只好再硬著頭皮繼續上(反正對身體健康也有好處拉XD
然後...這幾天發現大腿與腰連接的那個地方很痛
去推拿後醫生說是那個轉輪拉傷!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
噢天阿~最近就在有點懶得運動想吃很多(冬天到了嘛XD
結果腳又拉傷...而且是走路就會痠痛痠痛~
尤其是坐著剛站起來QQ
因此言下之意...慢跑和鄭多燕似乎都不太適合我了!!!
剛剛本來跳鄭多燕~結果扭腰一下就....痛阿QQ
那麼我真的不知道接下來幾天到底該做什麼運動比較不會再拉到???
懇請指點阿!!!
不想要死死的就一直坐在位子上~
順便請問~空中腳踏車可以踏嗎?
