減重瓶頸 - 美體

我想減重3kgs,我採用計算熱量的吃法,
但總覺得肚子餓,即使我吃那種有飽足
感的食物像蒟蒻,寒天,仍然想再吃,只好
又投降,吃到自己覺得飽為止,若不控制
飲食的攝取量,又加上薄弱的自制力,恐
怕也是徒勞無功,但如果我能度過那個
關卡,也就是瓶頸點,要往下減的重量
應該不難,真的很傷腦筋~
