最近開始認真要減脂減重
女,身高162
體重58.5
體脂31左右
內脂:4 ~~請問這樣會太高嗎?感覺腰間肥肉還是不少

運動量 健身房3次/週,每次兩小時
前一小時重訓,做到運動部位有感覺,偏酸,不敢勉強再往上調怕拉傷,有過經驗太痛,
且有去醫院打針才好
後一小時騎健身車,有餘力會多騎半小時,騎單車時 阻力5,轉速100,心跳150~170/min, 平常靜態心跳數就100上下了
這樣速度ok嗎?還是要加快,騎到110會腳很酸,感覺無法持久,但又怕騎太慢會沒效率,有時候想到會利用健身車騎間歇,轉速150 阻力6.一次30秒,五到十次
想問的是這樣的運動強度夠嗎?
騎單車時間需要拉長時間嗎?還是這樣OK.
還是一週運動4~5天?
ps.想問重訓力竭是要做到什麼程度才算,我需要嗎?可以指導我嗎?
希望體脂可以減到23~25%
