原po身高155cm,體重44~45kg
雖然不算胖,但總是想再苗條一點,也想要把身材再練緊實一點
因此最近去報名了游泳課
因為是下午才上班,所以泳課的時間是早上9:00~10:00
一般下課後還會再多游一點再回家
我會先吃完早餐再去游泳
我有時會自己煮飯,通常都是買菜類的(肉類很少買),飯是糙米飯
一般都是中午回到家後煮好飯,一半是中餐吃掉,另一半裝到公司當晚餐
今天一起上課的一個大姐說她游回家都只敢喝水,另一方面其實也不會餓
我就想說那我運動完回家還吃飯會不會因此瘦不下來??
因此今天的菜單如下:
早餐:早餐店的玉米蛋餅+溫豆漿(有糖的)
午餐:幾口統一無糖豆漿(前天喝剩的)+一顆芭樂
下午:因為太想睡覺去買了一杯咖啡(ok便利商店沒賣無糖的只好買有糖的>"<)
晚餐:十顆水餃(醬油一點點而已)+一碗蛋花湯
今天因為游比較晚才回家所以沒有自己做飯
所以之後晚餐應也會換成自己做的飯菜,油我都放一點點而已
想問說這樣吃ok嗎??
請幫我指教~~~~ XD
