我也是吃不多~~~
有時候一天只吃了一個貝果晚上下班燙個金針菇,秀珍菇和青菜吃~~~
每個禮拜固定運動三天~~
一天肚皮舞~一天有氧~一天yoga~~
但~~~
體重數字並沒有變化很多~~~
只有身體的肉不會鬆鬆的~~~變比較緊時~~~
但~~~
我想要~~看到體重機數字下降啦~~~> <
也在苦惱中~~~~
