我是170公分 90公斤的男性
最近開始利用慢跑減肥
因為久沒運動所以很慢
不過都維持一次跑滿半小時
中間都沒用走的
現在差不多半小時跑3000公尺
還真的是"慢"跑.囧
一周大概跑個4或5天
每次的運動量也就只有跑那半小時
我自己也知道這樣應該是不夠的樣子
不過我實在很懶不想動Orz
而且一直單純動我就容易覺得無聊然後不想做了
所以想來問一下有沒有什麼有氧的動作
能夠邊看電視邊做的?
我家也有約5公斤重的啞鈴
可以拿來運用嗎@@?
