體重:88
BMI:(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:32.4(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:統一無糖高纖豆漿或是統一瑞穗低脂肪鮮奶(皆是450CC的)+一個肉鬆沙拉麵包
午餐:公司便當 (因為公司中午有門禁所以只能吃公司配菜) 三菜+主菜(豬腳/炸雞腿/排
骨每天輪流,飯量約一碗半的量有時吃光有時留1/3吃不完)
晚餐:自助餐 (幾乎都配上三菜+一主(滷排骨或是炸雞腿) 有吃水果的習慣 當季水果
其他:(可免填)每天喝水量大概2500~3000CC 左右!!
日常作息時間:都晚上12點左右睡,早上六點半起床準備上班,下午六點會到家!吃個晚餐
休息約1H開始做運動!幾乎都是2h的運動時間!
生活型態:任職於鋼鐵公司,最近會上常日班約一個月,之後開始三班輪!!
運動習慣:採作一輪一型態,一天有氧 騎腳踏車2H或是跑步10公里 一天重量訓練 主要
只做有關腹部的,仰臥起坐一百下而已之後就做以上有氧補足時間!!因為伏地挺
身我做不長,是否可用啞鈴做出同效果的動作可推薦!!
我的問題: 因本人都活在很胖的身材(82~90之間),但身材我想因該練出來會很漂亮的那種
只是不知道該怎麼練現在身材的重量,是要重訓還是有氧?我不想身材太單薄
那種,因為我看起來是那種厚厚的那種身材,想結實一點!!最近開始如以上方式
這樣做~沒想到昨天去量體重都沒有變化~讓我好失望!所以上來板上問一下,
怎樣做才是正確的??
擁有器具: 腳踏車,仰臥起坐床,滾輪,14磅的啞鈴!!
