可麗餅的熱量? 滷味的熱量? - 減肥

我只是想要讓減肥不那麼痛苦,
所以想問問這些東西的熱量,假使是可以納入減肥的食物,
我想應該可以吃的開心一點^^
(當然不是天天吃,可能一週吃2次之類的)
我愛吃師大可麗餅(阿諾),
假設是肉鬆可麗餅內容物:
餅皮一張(熱量不知,假設150卡?!)、
起司片1片(熱量70-80卡)、玉米粒一瓢(熱量60-70卡)
小黃瓜幾片+高麗菜絲一把+洋蔥幾根(應該不到80卡)
不加美乃滋改加番茄醬(熱量30卡)、肉鬆1.5瓢(假設30g) 150卡 = 550卡
如果不加美乃滋,換成加番茄醬,應該可以吃吧?! 還是我低估了熱量呢?
另外就是滷味的高麗菜吸附了湯汁之後,會吸附很多油嗎?
應該要怎麼計算他的熱量?!
假設高麗菜300g 用清水燙 =75卡 ,用魯味的湯汁燙會變成幾倍呢? 2倍? 3倍?
因為我是個可憐的外食族,沒有廚房可以自己做菜,
只好找尋周邊可以吃的東西,
平常最主要還是吃自助餐的菜 (菜量都超多的,吃的好開心 XD )
再加上希望可以吃自己喜歡的東西,所以想問問有人減肥期間也是有吃滷味嗎?
吃可麗餅減肥的人應該比較少XD
拜託大家告訴我可麗餅能不能吃 ˊˋ 我真的很愛他 ~~
