練身體健康很多年,後來覺得健力滿好玩的,就開始練三項,
但現在三項數字卡了有點久了,特別是臥推跟深蹲
S120/B90/D180 @67kg,個人最佳PR,
希望能徵求台中三項的教練,如果有物理治療師配合更好,感恩!
