台北市重訓教練推薦 - 健身

因為身材實在走鐘的有點嚴重,因此希望透過重訓修飾身形,
另一方面也是因為覺得自己肌耐力很差,希望可以提升。
但由於有椎間盤位移的毛病,雖然現在已經好了,不過姿勢一個不對還是可能又跑掉,
所以不敢自己隨便亂嘗試,只好請問大家是否有推薦團體課、有教練的健身房呢?
或者是一對一的教練亦可。
地點的話希望是在中山、松山或大同區,或台北市非南港、內湖、北投的區域,謝謝大家。
