1. 地點:永福橋->華中橋(來回)
2. 時間:平日晚上 or 假日白天(可協調幾點)
3. 運動內容:
男女不拘
跑步!!跑步!!跑步!!
河濱公園的風景跟空氣應該是台北市區最讚的地方了
所以超適合跑步的
預計跑10KM 希望可以一小時內跑完
最近跑的速度是10KM 50分鐘
因為單純只是想瘦身 所以也沒打算要跑多遠
不過這些都可以討論~時間跟距離都沒問題
主要是願意一起跑XDD
